SpotX is a product operated by TekFolder Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“SpotX,” “we,” “us”), a company incorporated in India. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. We follow the principle of data minimization: we collect only what we need to operate the service.
1. What we collect
- Account: email address, hashed password, billing details (handled by Stripe).
- Usage: which signals were delivered to you, basic application telemetry.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or session replay.
2. How we use it
To deliver signals, process billing, send transactional email, and improve the service. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Sub-processors
AWS (hosting), Cloudflare (edge), Stripe (payments), Postmark (transactional email). DPA available on request.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@tryspotx.com and we will respond within 30 days.
5. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 90 days after deletion for billing reconciliation.
