Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes — choose annual billing on Trader or Pro and you save 20% on the per-month price. Billed once upfront, renews annually at the then-current rate. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal.
Is there a free trial?+
Trader and Pro plans include a 7-day evaluation window — full access, cancel anytime, no card required up front. Desk evaluations are scoped during onboarding and typically run 14–30 days against your live infrastructure.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle so you don't lose what you've already paid for.
How is the Desk price calculated?+
Desk pricing is based on three things: feed throughput (events/sec sustained), seat count, and whether you need redistribution rights. Most desks land between $2,400–$8,000/month. We quote in writing before anything is signed.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. Monthly and annual plans both cancel anytime — annual cancellations stop at the end of the prepaid term. Desk contracts are negotiated annually by default.
Do you offer refunds?+
No. Every account gets a 7-day full-access evaluation with no card required, which is there so you can judge the signals before paying. Once a paid period starts we don't refund it — you can cancel any time and keep access until that period ends.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Trader and Pro: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major stablecoins (USDC on Base, Solana, Ethereum). Desk: ACH, wire, and stablecoin invoicing.
