These Terms govern your access to and use of SpotX, a product operated by TekFolder Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India (“SpotX,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
SpotX is an information service that delivers ranked on-chain signals derived from public blockchain data. The service does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or digital asset.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to receive financial information services in your jurisdiction.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell or scrape signals delivered through the service. Reverse engineering of ranking models is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We make no representation as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any signal. Trading digital assets involves substantial risk of loss.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
